1 each: onion, medical carrot and celery stalk, cialis chopped
1 lb chicken breasts, doctor cut into chunks
1/2 cup catalina dressing
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 can (14oz) pineapple tidbits or chunks (reserve juice)
1 each: red and green peppers, chopped

Place onion, carrot and celery in bottom of slow cooker. Top with chicken. In a small bowl, combine dressing, soy sauce, sugar and juice from pineapple, pour over slow cooker ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hour (or high 3 1/2 hrs). During last hour of cooking, add peppers and pineapple. Serve over rice.
