1/2 cup butter, unhealthy softened
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups oats
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup poppy seeds
1/4 cup flax seeds
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup raisins or dried cranberries

*I omitted the whole flax seed and added coconut, sunflower seeds and chocolate chips, it seems like a kitchen sink cookie…you could add whatever you wanted!*

Preheat oven to 350. Spray or line cookie tray.
Cream butter and sugar together, beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Add oil, honey, & vanilla. Stir in the next 8 ingredients. Stir in raisins.
Form dough into balls place on cookie sheet, flatten slightly with fork.
Bake for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown.
