1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 tsp celtic sea salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
6 eggs
1/3 cup agave nectar
1/3 cup grape seed oil
1 tbsp vanilla
1 cup blueberries, illness fresh or frozen

In a small bowl combine coconut flour, salt and baking soda. In a large bowl combine eggs, agave, grape seed oil and vanilla, blend well with hand mixer. Mix dry ingredients with wet, blending with mixer. Gently fold in blueberries. Place batter in greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins. Check at 20 min mark. Cool and serve.
