This glaze was gorgeous and made my ham absolutely delicious. I served it with smashed potatoes and vegetables with cheese sauce. It was heaven. I cooked the ham ‘low and slow’. I put it on first thing in the morning and waited anxiously all day for dinner time!

Bone-in ham (size depends on number of guests)
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup yellow mustard

Preheat oven to 300 F. Place your ham, fatty side up in a roasting pan. In a small bowl, mix vinegar, mustard, and sugar. Once mixed, pour your glaze mixture over your entire ham. Cover the roasting pan with tin foil and place in your preheated oven. I left this to cook unattended for the first two hours. At that point I used a spoon to drizzle the glaze all over the ham. I added about 1 cup of water to my pan to keep my glaze from drying up/burning. Cover the pan in foil again and return to the oven. I checked the ham every hour and did the same thing each time. After seven… yes, SEVEN hours, I removed my ham from the oven and covered it for the last time in the glaze. Trust me… This is to die for ham.
