Ok… This is delicious! Elvis would be proud…. This banana and peanut butter combo tastes more like dessert than a ‘health drink’ or meal replacement!

1 medium, ripe banana, cut in slices and frozen
1 tbsp ground oatmeal
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp natural peanut butter (or other nut butter)
1 cup of cold milk (skim, CHOCOLATE, soy, almond etc.)

Add a couple teaspoons of rich cocoa powder, or my favorite … CINNAMON! Soooo yummy!

I use my magic bullet to quickly grind the oatmeal and chia seeds into a powder, then add my frozen banana slices, peanut butter, milk and cocoa or cinnamon if using. Blend for a minute until smooth! Throw it into a cold glass or travel mug and enjoy! Prepare to be full until lunch!
