These are super tasty cookies and very healthy too.


3 banana’s (preferably ripe or spotty)
2 cups old fashioned oats (or gluten free, if that is a concern)
1 cup dried, chopped dates
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup chocolate chips, walnuts or raisins
1/4 tsp salt


Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mash banana’s in a large bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Allow mixture to sit for 10 minutes. Using a tablespoon place mixture onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, cool and serve.
