Ingredients
1 cup dry gluten free oats (or old fashioned oats)
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter (or nut spread of your choice)
1/2 cup ground flax seed meal
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla

Directions
Stir everything in a medium sized bowl, medications until thoroughly mixed. Let chill in fridge for at least 30 mins. Once chilled roll into balls of whatever size you choose and keep in airtight container in fridge. If you find your mix is too dry, discount add a bit more honey or peanut butter.

These were a big hit at our house. Great for a boost of energy, breakfast or snacks. enjoy!
