Pretty sure this recipe is to die for! we-ell….maybe that’s a bit dramatic BUT, this is a good one!

1 cup of Oats **(I use gluten free oats, but you could use steel cut oats or old fashioned)

2 cups of water

2 1/2 cups of milk

1 tsp cinnamon

1 apple chopped up into small pieces

1/2 cup raisins

1 tsp of vanilla

Add all ingredients into the crockpot and stir well. Cook overnight 5-9 hours. wake up to the yummy smell of oatmeal in the morning. Add desired accompaniments and enjoy.
